FixMyTok vs ClearTok: which repost remover fits you

Repostless TeamUpdated 2 Nov 20263 min read

FixMyTok and ClearTok both remove TikTok reposts in bulk, and the differences that decide between them are plain in their listings: which iPhone they need, whether you are on Android or a computer, and how the free removals are counted. Here they are side by side, from the App Store and each developer's site.

Quick answer

Pick ClearTok if your iPhone is older than iOS 26, you are on Android or want a browser extension, or you want free removals every day (at least 100, per its listing). Pick FixMyTok if you are on iOS 26 and also want to make your own old videos private or delete them. If you are on iPhone or Android and want to see every repost and choose what stays before anything is removed, Repostless is a third option.

When ClearTok fits better

When FixMyTok fits better

If you only ever want reposts gone, a tool that never touches your own videos leaves less to get wrong. More reasons and options: FixMyTok alternatives and ClearTok alternatives.

A third option on iPhone and Android

Repostless is an iPhone and iPad app (iOS 17 or later). You sign in on TikTok's own screen and the session stays on the phone, with no Repostless server in the path. It scans the whole repost tab and shows every repost first, so you can keep some creators and remove the rest. Removals are paced, can be paused, and go into a history on the phone.

Where FixMyTok and ClearTok are ahead: Repostless has no browser extension, and its free removals are a one-time allowance, not a daily or weekly one. It is also new, with very few ratings.

See every repost before anything goes

Repostless lists the whole repost tab, lets you choose what stays, and removes the rest on your iPhone, inside your own session.

Five questions to ask either one

  1. Does it ask for your TikTok password? A tool that works in your own signed-in session never needs it.
  2. Where does the removal run? On your device, or on the vendor's servers driving your account.
  3. Does it pace itself? TikTok has no bulk delete, so every tool removes reposts one by one. Hundreds of instant actions look like automation.
  4. Does it keep a record? TikTok has no undo, so a list is the only way to find a video again.
  5. Can you pause and resume? Long runs get interrupted.

For a few dozen reposts, skip both: remove them by hand in TikTok.
