Are TikTok repost removers safe?
It sounds like one question. It is two: what happens to your login and data, and whether TikTok minds. You can check the first yourself before you install anything. Nobody can settle the second for you.
A repost remover is as safe as the way it gets into your account. Avoid any tool that asks for your TikTok password or runs your account from its own servers, read a browser extension's permissions before you accept them, and remember that TikTok has no undo. Whether TikTok restricts accounts over repost removal is a separate question with no public answer.
Two different questions
Is my account safe with this tool? That is about your login, your session and your data: who can act as you, and where. You can check most of it from the store listing, the privacy policy and the sign-in screen.

Where the risk sits
- Your password. A tool that asks for it can sign in as you from anywhere, and your password now sits on someone else's system. A tool that works inside your own signed-in session has no use for it.
- Your session on someone else's server. Even without your password, a service that keeps your signed-in session on its own machines can act as you for as long as that session lasts.
- Browser permissions. An extension for this job needs tiktok.com. One that asks to read and change data on all sites can read every page you open while it is installed. More on that in what to know before installing a Chrome extension.
- Who is behind it. A named publisher, a privacy policy that says what is collected, and a support address you can write to are the minimum.
- No undo. TikTok has no way to restore removed reposts. A tool that removes without keeping a record leaves you nothing to go back to.
A five-minute check before you install
- Does it ask for your TikTok password? If yes, stop there.
- Where does it run? On your device, in your own session, or on the vendor's servers? The listing or the privacy policy should say.
- What permissions does it want? Only what the job needs.
- Who publishes it? A company name on the store listing and a privacy policy you can read.
- Can you see what it will remove first, and keep a record? A list before, a history after.
- How do you stop paying? On an iPhone, App Store subscriptions are cancelled in the Settings app under your name, then Subscriptions, not inside the tool.

- Change your password. Profile → Menu ☰ → Settings and privacy → Account → Password.
- Remove devices you do not recognise. Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Manage devices, then remove anything unfamiliar.
