How to clear the reposts tab on TikTok on iPhone

Repostless TeamUpdated 31 Oct 20263 min read

The repost tab on your TikTok profile keeps every video you have ever reposted, and the iPhone app gives you no button to empty it. Here is the by-hand way TikTok documents, the faster way with an iPhone app, and what to do when the tab still looks full after you are done.

Quick answer

TikTok on iPhone has no clear-all for the reposts tab (checked against its Help Center on 30 October 2026). By hand: open Profile, tap the tab with two looping arrows, open a video, tap Share, then Delete repost, and repeat. For dozens or hundreds, Repostless clears the tab on your iPhone: it lists every repost, you pick what stays, and it removes the rest in your own session.

Find the reposts tab on iPhone

  1. Open TikTok and tap Profile at the bottom right.
  2. Look at the row of tabs above your video grid.
  3. Tap the tab with two looping arrows. That is the repost tab, most recent first.

No tab there? You may have no reposts yet, or an older version of TikTok. See TikTok reposts not showing on your profile.

Clear it by hand

TikTok's Help Center lists three ways to remove a repost, all one video at a time:

Then go back to the tab and open the next one. Counting the scrolling, that is about ten seconds a video: a few minutes for twenty reposts, roughly half an hour for two hundred. It is free and needs nothing installed, so for a short tab it is the right answer.

Clear the whole tab with an iPhone app

TikTok has no bulk option, so any app that clears the tab still removes reposts one after another for you. Repostless does it on your iPhone:

  1. Download Repostless from the App Store (iOS 17 or later).
  2. Sign in on TikTok's own sign-in screen inside the app. Repostless never sees your password, and the session stays on your phone.
  3. Let it scan. It goes through the repost tab to the end and shows the total and every repost, with the creator and caption.
  4. Select all, or keep the ones you want. You can keep some creators and remove the rest.
  5. Tap remove and keep the app open. Removals are paced, with a progress bar you can pause. If you leave the app, the run pauses and resumes where it stopped.

The first removals are free, as a one-time allowance per device; clearing a large tab needs Pro. What it costs and where free options stop: how to remove TikTok reposts for free.

Other iPhone apps do this too. They differ in iOS version: FixMyTok needs iOS 26 and RepostWipe iOS 18.2, according to their App Store listings. The comparison of nine repost removers has the rest. Whichever you use, never give your TikTok password to a tool that asks for it.

Reposts still showing after you clear them

TikTok's iPhone app caches your profile. After a large clean-up it can keep showing the old repost grid for a minute or more, even after you pull to refresh. Switch to another profile tab and back, or close and reopen TikTok. If they are really gone, the tab empties.

Questions people ask

Can you clear all reposts on TikTok at once on iPhone?

Not inside TikTok. As of 30 October 2026, TikTok's Help Center documents only removing one repost at a time, and the iPhone app has no select-all for the repost tab. To clear the whole tab in one run you need a separate app that removes them for you, in your own session.

Where is the reposts tab on iPhone?

Open TikTok, tap Profile, and look at the row of tabs above your video grid. The repost tab is the one with two looping arrows, next to your own videos.

I removed my reposts but they still show. Why?

TikTok's iPhone app can keep showing a cached repost grid for a while after the reposts are gone, even after pull-to-refresh. Switch to another profile tab and back, or close and reopen TikTok.

Does clearing the reposts tab notify anyone?

TikTok documents no notification for removing a repost. Removing a repost does delete every reply it got, and there is no undo.

Which iPhones does Repostless work on?

iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later. It runs only while the app is open: if you leave it, the run pauses and picks up where it stopped when you come back.
